We are proud of the recent appointment of three female partners and three directors to our leadership team, which is a testament to our ongoing efforts to strengthen and diversify our organization. This reflects our commitment to ensuring that women are well-represented and thriving at all levels of our organization.

What we do to enhance our sense of community

Our 'Women at Strategy&' team regularly organizes internal events such as panel discussions, drinks, dinners, and cultural outings. Both informative and fun, these events help to create an open and safe environment in which our female colleagues feel recognized and understood. Together we build a support network that enables women at Strategy& to learn from each other and grow together.

At Strategy& we nurture our talent. We take great care to understand the individual development and growth needs of our people. To help our talents get as far as they want to go, we actively develop growth paths that are tailored to their needs and ambitions. We offer equal learning opportunities such as trainings and MBAs and we provide on-the-job learning environments in secondments and externships.

I personally felt all sorts of reservations as a new joiner: what will people think of me, can I ask this specific question or would that come across silly, how should or shouldn’t I dress – etcetera. Now I know there is so much space to be yourself and ask questions. So my advice would be: try not to be too afraid or self-conscious in the beginning. You are welcome, and you can trust everyone is there to learn from and support one another – not stressing so much about the little things will leave a lot of space to have fun."

Strategy& organizes two female recruitment events each year for ambitious students and recent graduates. Professionals with at least three years of working experience who want to make a career switch to strategy consulting are welcome at our Strategy& Experienced Professionals Event. Events like these offer you the opportunity to meet our people, learn more about who we are and the work we do, and to discover if a career in strategy consulting is for you.
