Strategy& invites you to our multi-day female event! The event will take place from the morning of October 9th until the late afternoon of October 10th, 2025, in the always vibrant Amsterdam.

What's the plan?
The first day will start at 11.00 and will take place at the beautiful Tolhuistuin in Amsterdam. Together with a group of like-minded female participants, you will engage in empowerment-focused self-development workshops and panel discussions on navigating your career in strategy consulting. The day will conclude with a fun activity and dinner with our consultants, offering plenty of time to get to know them and gain insights into our firm’s culture.
After a restful night at a hotel, we will start the day with a fun activity. Following this, you'll visit our Amsterdam office where you'll collaborate on real-life case studies in groups, guided by our experienced consultants. You'll learn more about our way of working and gain insight into the challenges and responsibilities that are part of our job. We will wrap up the event with the office’s Friday drinks to reflect on your experiences over the past two days. The day will end around 18:30.
The Speaker
During the Personal Brand workshop, trainer Annemieke Rijke will guide you in creating your own personal brand. You will work on a pitch that briefly and powerfully describes what really distinguishes you from others, and how to show and communicate this in all areas. Because everyone can describe themselves as ambitious, committed or hardworking - but what really makes "you" unique in a competitive labor market? Get to know yourself, your core values and shape your future career path!

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking ambitious participants who identify as female and are currently pursuing their Bachelor's or Master’s studies. All academic backgrounds are welcome, and fluency in Dutch is required.
