Client results

A global consumer goods company was struggling with declining sales growth, falling market share, and shrinking margins. Our mission was to save more than a billion euros within three years, streamline structures, accelerate processes, and identify potential growth areas for investment. To achieve this, we optimized the operating model and specifically cut costs, for example by standardizing processes and reducing organizational complexity. At the same time, we identified suitable business areas for investment. As a result, the company was able to cut its costs as planned and continue its ambitious growth path.

After a period of strong growth, a global technology leader had to solve several challenges: Competition for digital talent, new work models following the Covid-19 pandemic, and high cost pressure in key locations. We were tasked to develop a location and people strategy that would both attract and retain talent and reduce costs.  First, we identified the future needs of new employees and analyzed potential locations. We then developed a human resources strategy tailored to the needs of the company. Together with the client, we laid the foundation for a transformation process toward a modern employer and helped the client achieve sustainable growth.

A medium-sized company in the industrial services sector had internal efficiency issues and wanted to grow at the same time. To boost its profitability and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its processes, we applied our Fit for Growth approach to all service functions (including HR, finance, purchasing, IT, sales, and marketing). As a basis, we developed a vision for each service function and identified optimization levers. We then implemented these and, among other things, harmonized end-to-end processes, bundled service activities across countries and strengthened the client’s global management capability. With this program and the future-proof positioning of its service functions, our client was able to realize its functional growth strategy.
