Jens Niebuhr is a partner at Strategy& Germany, and the leader of the technology, media, and telecommunications practice for Strategy& Europe. Based in Dusseldorf, he advises international clients on corporate transformation and capability development, specifically in the context of digitization and technology change.

Jens Niebuhr has also successfully led several simplification and cost optimization programs in the telecoms and IT industries. He regularly authors and co-authors publications on technology strategy and management.

Prior to joining Strategy&, Jens worked as a software engineer at IBM and as a management consultant at Mummert AG. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and applied computer science from Berlin’s Technical University of Applied sciences, as well as an MBA from London Business School.
