Dennis Kraus is a Partner at Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. Based in Stuttgart, he advises German and international banks, asset managers, service providers (IT, risk and payment) and associations.
With more than ten years of consulting experience, Dennis focuses on large-scale organizational transformations, including organic and inorganic growth, spin-offs, outsourcing and restructuring. He is a trusted advisor for the holistic transformation of the European banking sector and an strategic orchestrator in the area of risk and regulation.
