Dr. Nils Förster

Dr. Nils Förster is a Partner at Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. Based in Frankfurt, he advises clients in the public sector and defense industry as well as private and supranational organizations across Europe. With more than 10 years of international consulting experience, Nils specializes in digital transformation programs and operational excellence.

He is an expert for operational and digital excellence in defense ecosystems and large-scale transformation programs in the public sector.

His recent strategic assignments included:

• Operating model development for public institutions
  
• Operational excellence program for MRO facilities
  
• Strategic realignment of procurement organizations
  
• Implementation of R&D strategies
  

Prior to joining Strategy& in 2016, Nils worked at the inhouse consulting agency of the Federal Armed Forces and as an Air Force officer.

Nils holds a PhD in economics and social sciences as well as a diploma in business administration from the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich.
