Andreas Späne is the Managing Director of Strategy& Europe and the spokesperson for that region. He is also the leader of Strategy& Germany and is based in Frankfurt. With more than 18 years of consulting experience, he advises clients in the retail, consumer goods and telecommunications sectors.

Andreas is a seasoned expert in business-driven strategic transformation programs such as multi-channel digitization strategy, architecture and omni-channel transformation, cost restructuring programs (incl. PMI, cost transformation and outsourcing, turn-around, shared services), finance, IT/digital and supply chain management across all industries.

His recent client work includes:

  • Cost transformation and omnichannel enablement of global discount retailer
  • Global process and IT template for consumer goods company
  • Omnichannel transformation of Nordics retailer group

Prior to joining Strategy& (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) in 2001, Andreas Späne worked as a Systems Manager at Procter & Gamble. He holds a diploma in business administration and industrial engineering with a specialization in computer science/ operations research, from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Andreas Späne is married and has two children and is an avid sportsman who likes to cycle, swim and ski in his spare time.
