Wonseok Yoo leads Strategy& Korea, the strategy consulting arm of PwC Consulting.

For over 25 years, he has advised clients across energy, chemicals, engineering & construction, and heavy industries on growth strategy, new business development, overseas expansion, and feasibility assessment. His expertise also spans deal advisory, including commercial, operational, and technical due diligence (CDD, ODD and TDD), technology assessment, and valuation. He currently leads the firm's AX (AI Transformation) strategy initiatives, helping clients apply AI to drive operational performance.

At PwC Korea, he heads the Energy Transition and the AI Data Center platforms, as well as the Middle East & India Business Center, and the Physical AI & Robotics Business Center.

He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University. In 2024, he published the Korean edition of ‘Reinventing Your Business Model: The White Space Strategy’.

Yoo-Shin Chang is the leader of Strategy&’s Deal Strategy services.

He has extensive experience in growth strategies, business portfolio strategy, M&A strategy and post deal value-up advisory services within the PEF, manufacturing (automotive, automotive components and chemicals) and retail industries.

He also leads PwC Korea's start-up support program, connecting large enterprises and startups. He has published Korean versions of “Strategy that works” and “Fit for Growth: A Guide to Strategic Cost Cutting, Restructuring, and Renewal” and co-authored “Integrated Strategies for M&A Success”. He previously worked at Deloitte Consulting and graduated with a degree in management engineering from KAIST.

Bum-Chul Kim is a partner of Strategy&’s financial services practice.

He has extensive experiences in projects such as corporate/business strategies, portfolio strategies, commercial due diligence and post-merger integration for major financial institutions(financial holding companies, banks, securities, asset management companies, etc.)

He also has been leading new business strategies, M&A strategies, and commercial due diligence for FinTech, BigTech, telecommunication companies, and private equities.

Prior to joining Strategy&, he was a member of financial services practice at Kearney, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company. He holds a BS degree in business administration from Yonsei University.

Jung-Youn Kim is a specialist in Strategy&’s automotive and mobility, physical AI, and energy and power practices.

She leads the mobility and physical AI sectors, advising global OEMs, automotive suppliers, and mobility platform players across a wide spectrum of strategic topics. Her experience covers new business and go-to-market planning, R&D and technology road-mapping, and M&A due diligence, as well as strategy development for software-defined vehicles (SDV) and robotics.

She also supports clients in unlocking new growth opportunities through technology-driven transformation and innovation, helping them build breakthrough strategic agendas and long-term, sustainable growth paths. Prior to joining Strategy&, she worked at EY Parthenon, Arthur D. Little, and Accenture. She studied business and computer science at the University of Auckland in New Zealand.

Tae-Young Kim is a partner at Strategy& Korea, providing strategy services across electronics, display, semiconductor and automotive industries.

He has worked with major multinational corporations and public-sector organizations on a wide range of engagements, including mid- to long-term growth planning, portfolio renewal, new business development, and digital innovation initiatives.

He also leads Strategy& Korea’s venture practices that support early-stage startups with investment sourcing, business development, and IR strategy. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Samsung Electronics and Nomura Research Institute. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Seoul National University.

Young-Ho Song is the leader of Strategy&’s financial services.

He has extensive experience in projects such as mid- to long-term growth strategy, business portfolio strategy, new business strategy, due diligence and PMI for major domestic financial institutions (financial holding companies, banks, securities, insurance and cards). He has recently been providing advisory services regarding the strategic direction of financial companies in an increasingly digital environment, such as digital transformation strategies, channels and platforms, and new digital businesses.

Prior to joining Strategy&, he was in charge of financial strategy practices at Kearney and has experience regarding financial practices such as structured finance, M&A advisory, and IPO for leading domestic and foreign banks and securities firms. He graduated from Korea University and New York University (MBA).

Doo-O Yoon is a partner leading the technology strategy practice at Strategy&, where he advises clients on technology-driven decision-making as a central pillar of their business strategy.

He brings deep expertise across the full technology value chain, including identifying emerging technologies, technology acquisition, and commercialization, helping organizations transform technological capabilities into sustainable competitive advantage.

Leveraging extensive experience in engineering, strategic planning, and process innovation, he supports clients throughout their business reinvention journey, ensuring that technology strategy is effectively translated into business and operating strategies.

More recently, Dr. Yoon has specialized in AI Transformation (AX) strategy and AI-enabled engineering innovation, helping organizations reimagine their businesses through advanced AI and digital capabilities.

He has successfully led numerous engagements for leading corporations, think tanks, and public-sector organizations across the EPC, energy, power, and heavy industries, delivering impactful results at the intersection of technology innovation and business performance.

Prior to joining Strategy&, he held positions at HD Hyundai, Samsung Heavy Industries, and the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University and a Ph.D. from Korea Maritime and Ocean University.

Tommy Lee is a partner at Strategy& Korea providing strategy services across semiconductor, platform, healthcare/bio and retail industries.

He has led a wide range of engagements across the value chain, including competitiveness enhancement, growth agenda development, and go-to-market planning. He supports clients in developing market intelligence & simulation/platform strategies to address the rapidly changing business environment.

Tommy plays an active role in Strategy&’s global network, providing both inbound and outbound advisory services such as market assessments, feasibility studies, and go-to-market strategy development. As part of PwC Strategy&’s global secondment program, he spent two years with PwC’s New York office. He holds a BS degree in business administration from Yonsei University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Korea.

He has established innovative business models such as digital transformation, global business strategies, and new business strategies for banks, card companies, fintech platforms, and savings banks. His specialties lie in establishing domestic and international financial business models for major digital banks and fintech companies, as well as offering advisory services to financial institutions for global expansion.

He is also a member of PwC Global Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Asia-Pacific Network and Open Banking & Payment CoE, and provides lectures on management innovation and PMI to major conglomerates. He graduated from Korea University with a degree in business and published a Korean version of “The Self-Destructive Habits of Good Companies...And How to Break Them.” He currently serves as an advisor to the Korea Fintech Industry Association, where he plays a leading role in advancing the fintech ecosystem and the digital transformation of the financial services industry as a recognized thought leader.

Woonhee Cho is a Partner at Strategy& Korea, specializing in strategy consulting for the energy, infrastructure, and data center sectors. He advises clients on business growth, market entry, investment strategy, and large-scale capital projects, helping organizations navigate complex industry challenges and opportunities.

He has extensive experience in developing go-to-market strategies, conducting commercial, operational, and technical due diligence, and assessing project-specific risks for major projects around the world. Drawing on experience across diverse markets and industries, he supports clients in making investment and business decisions across the project lifecycle.

He plays an active role across PwC's global network and currently leads PwC Korea's AI Data Center platform. He also contributes to the firm's Energy Transition platform, supporting the development of innovative solutions at the intersection of digital infrastructure, energy transition, and emerging technologies.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and previously worked at Samsung C&T Corporation and Incheon International Airport Corporation.

Seung-Wook Han provides strategy advisory services to domestic and global clients of Strategy&, focusing on the adoption of emerging technologies. He has extensive experience supporting the deployment of new technologies, including AI, through close collaboration with the PwC global network.

He is a key member of the PwC’s global Semiconductor Center of Excellence (CoE) and has worked with numerous global semiconductor companies through joint engagements with PwC member firms worldwide. He has led multiple strategy and competitiveness enhancement projects across the domestic and international semiconductor ecosystem.

He is also regularly invited to speak at executive-level forums on topics such as semiconductor industry outlook, business strategies of global leaders, and operational strategies. He graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in sociology.
