Sam Bloustein is an advisor to executives in the Financial Services industry for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. Based in New York, he is a Principal with PwC US. He advises large public and private financial institutions on issues related to business strategy, M&A, operating model, efficiency and effectiveness improvement, and risk, regulatory and compliance matters.
Sam possesses deep expertise in capital markets, financial infrastructure, financial information and data, private equity, property and casualty insurance and retail banking.

Sam is an innovative thought leader - he has recently co-authored a perspective on how financial institutions can leverage investment in building risk and regulatory capabilities to refine business strategy and operating decision-making.
In addition to his responsibilities for building senior client relationships and creating thought leadership, he leads the practice’s recruiting efforts both on and off campus.
Sam joined Strategy& as an Associate in 2006. He previously worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at General Electric. He has a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Stern School of Business, New York University.
