Jacqueline Windsor is a partner in the Strategy& Deals team based in London, with 20 years of experience in transactions and corporate strategy primarily in the retail space.
Jac brings extensive experience across different retail business models (specialists, department stores, general merchandisers, grocers and online players) and a range of retail issues (including commercial due diligence, consumer insights, customer proposition, store portfolio optimisation and roll out, market entry, strategic plans, and M&A strategy). She has published reviews of the UK Premium Lifestyle and Plus Size Clothing markets.
She also brings wider experience in consumer–facing industries (health & beauty, leisure, education and retail banking).
Jac earned her BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
