Q: When you joined PwC's Strategy&?
A: 2012 (Full-time)
Q: Why Strategy&?
A: Having studied business, I was naturally drawn to consulting. I love the fast pace nature of my work and how it’s expanded my skillset.
Having lived in multiple countries, what I particularly value at Strategy& is the diversity of people, nationalities, backgrounds and interests. Something I really value is that interests outside work are appreciated and respected. I still manage to do Ballroom & Latin dance at least twice a week, and have even started a dancing community here.
Q: What's been your most rewarding project to date?
A: When I look back it’s incredible how much I’ve managed to experience and learn in the two short years I’ve been here. I helped two global telecom operators with their international expansion strategy and developed a differentiation strategy for a pharmaceutical company’s drug which currently earns over £2bn worth of sales annually. On that project I also presented to the board, which was like nothing I had ever done before. As part of a global team, I have travelled to Qatar, Canada, Germany and France: dune bashing in Qatar at +40ºC and commuting at -20ºC in Montreal were just two of many highlights!
