Thomas Ripsam is an advisor to executives in the consumer and media industries for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. Based in Florham Park, he is a Principal with PwC US. He specializes in developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and marketing effectiveness, and organizational efficiency, with particular emphasis on organization and operating model design.

Prior to joining Strategy&, Thomas worked for Volkswagen and Conoco. He earned a BA with honors in business administration from Middlesex University in London and a Diplom-Betriebswirt from the Fachhochschule fuer Wirtschaft und Technik in Germany. Thomas also has an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School, where he concentrated in strategy and finance.
