Philippe Loiselet is a leading practitioner in M&A Operations for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting group. Based in Paris, he is a Partner with PwC France. He works with clients on acquiring, integrating and divesting businesses. Philippe is also a member of PwC France Supervisory Board.
Philippe animates the M&A Operations Practice and assists investment funds, industrial, and services groups in their acquisition, joint venture, integration and divestiture activities. He has conducted more than 150 assignments in various sectors such as consumer goods, energy, pharmaceuticals/healthcare, manufacturing and services.
His areas of expertise are:
- Mergers and acquisition and post-merger integration; Operational due diligences, assessment and implementation of synergies and the management of integration programs
- Carve-out activities within divestiture projects or the creation of subsidiaries. Carve-out operational due diligences, the definition and implementation of target organisations, driving of residual costs and the management of divestiture programs
- Organisation and operational performance. Corporate governance, redesign of processes and organisations, profitability enhancement, optimisation of the cost structure and support functions efficiency
Philippe joined PwC in 2000 after a first experience in internal audit and consulting within the executive management of an international group.
