Nick specialises in Strategy, Value Creation and Commercial Due Diligence across Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industries. He has over 20 years TMT industry and strategy consulting experience, and leads PwC Telecommunication, Media and Technology Deals practice in the UK.
Nick has led strategy assignments and commercial reviews for large and complex transactions in digital and printed media, broadcasting, cable TV, mobile and fixed telecommunications, infrastructure, hosting and managed services.
He is a regular speaker on Industry trends and drivers, including impact of disruption, and value creation opportunities leveraging technology. He holds a first class honors degree in PPE from Exeter College Oxford.
