André Medeiros is a Partner with Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting group. Based in London, André works with clients across the consumer products group and grocery retail sectors.
André’s client engagements typically focus on questions of corporate and marketing strategy, revenue and trade management, as well as operating model redesign. Over recent years he has supported most of the largest CPG players based in the UK on questions related to corporate transformation with a particular focus on the transformation of Sales and Marketing capabilities.
In addition to his work in the retail and CPG sectors, he has extensive experience in the global infrastructure, design and engineering sector with a deep understanding of its evolving competitive dynamics.
André has co-authored a number of viewpoints, including the '2017 Consumer Packaged Goods Trends' and 'Building a capabilities-led strategy in the design and engineering industry'. André also co-authored the article titled 'Airport operators' quest for efficiency: How airports can focus operational improvement efforts on their addressable drivers of cost'.
Prior to joining PwC's Strategy&, André worked for a major international grocery retail group in the areas of corporate and operations strategy across Europe and East Asia. Early in his career, André also spent time as a strategy consultant based in Sao Paulo, London, and San Francisco.
André has an MBA from the London Business School (LBS) and a BSc Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He serves as PwC’s lead Partner for the firm’s extensive relationship with LBS and the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce for Great Britain.
