We hire experienced professionals on multiple levels offering a dynamic and challenging professional experience
Senior Associate – 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- You will work with clients through all stages of consulting projects: identifying major challenges, generating improvement hypotheses, structuring and performing analyses, drawing insights and identifying pragmatic solutions, and making strategic recommendations
- You are often end-to-end responsible for a work stream within the project working directly with Strategy& and client team members
- You will get the opportunity to manage client team members and/or a team of junior consultants and you will work across a variety of industries and functional areas in a dynamic international setting often at a client site
Manager – 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Managers direct and manage teams as engagement managers, demonstrating strong project and people management skills. They hone their client management skills as the day-to-day relationship owner and also have the opportunity to coach junior staff on projects, learning to lead high performing teams.
