Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut
A: While studying computer and communications engineering at the American University of Beirut, I experienced an existential crisis. By the end of my second year of engineering, I just did not see myself pursuing a career in engineering. Serendipity struck when I came across the field of business consulting. I was lucky to earn myself an internship at Strategy& and a job offer after that. As has done many an engineering student, I immediately joined the management consulting world post-graduation.
A: I make it a point to enjoy life to the fullest. I believe in celebrating all moments whether it be earning a promotion, sticking to a diet, or just having a good day. “Life is short as it is and we are already spending most of it at work, so go to that party where you don’t know anyone and meet new people, go on road trips and discover new places, and most importantly, travel whenever you get the chance and check out the gems of the world.”
