Within Strategy&, the strategy consulting entity of PwC, Laurent Guérin is specialized in mergers and acquisitions, an area in which he has led numerous carve-out due diligences, spin-offs, Day1 readiness and post-merger integrations.
Partner at PwC France and based in Paris, he works in a wide range of industries such as Automotive, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing and Energy. In those areas, he has assisted his clients with many of the largest and most complex M&A Operations in France over the last five years.
Laurent leads the « M&A CFO Office », a dedicated offer for CFOs and Private Equity companies for all of their M&A operations, and especially during critical parts of the deal cycle: at take over, post acquisition, to secure value creation plans, in the context of a build up integration.

- Carve-out and/or spin-off of activities in the course of M&A operations or reorganizations
