Sander Visser is an advisor to executives in the healthcare industry for Strategy&, PwC's strategy consulting business. He is a Partner with PwC Netherlands, based in Amsterdam. He leads both the Strategy& Health Practice and the PwC Consulting Health practice in the Netherlands.
Sander focuses on payor provider collaboration and hospital transformation and has led or contributed to numerous projects for the firm for a wide variety of clients. E.g. he has co-developed an approach that focuses on eliminating overuse as the road to improve quality of healthcare and reduce overall healthcare costs (called Quality as a Medicine).
Sander joined the firm in May 2011. He has 12 years of consulting experience in strategy consulting. Before joining Strategy&, Sander was responsible at Optisense Technologies for the development of a medical diagnosis device.
Sander studied Economics at the University of Amsterdam and holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
