Rohit Singh is a specialist in supply chain and manufacturing strategies for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. Based in Houston, he is a Principal with PwC US. He works at the intersection of our Energy, Chemicals and Utilities and Operations practices. He is also an expert in Fit for Growth*, Strategy&’s approach to cost transformation and operational improvement that enables growth.
Rohit specializes in operations improvement programs focusing on supply chain and manufacturing strategies to improve customer service, reduce cost, and lower the inventory for chemicals and process industry clients.
Some of his recent client assignments include:
- Leading implementation of market-back differentiated supply chains for the engineered polymers division of a Fortune 100 chemicals company
- Leading global business transformation for a food ingredients manufacturer
- Leading end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing improvements for an agrochemicals company
A thought leader in supply chain capabilities for chemicals and the process manufacturing sector, Rohit co-authored the viewpoint “Future of chemicals, part X: Enabling profitable growth through natural supply chains.”
Rohit joined Strategy& in 2006 as an Associate. His previous experience includes working as a senior consultant in Deloitte’s supply chain strategy team, prior to which he held engineering roles at both Indian Oil Corporation and Reliance Energy.
Rohit holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Supply Chain Management.
