Kim David Greenwood a leading practitioner in growth and innovation strategies for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. Based in San Francisco, he is a Principal with PwC US. Kim brings 20 years of experience helping clients to define and execute corporate, business unit and product-level strategies; develop operational improvements to expand revenues, reduce costs and improve overall profitability; and execute other business transformation initiatives.
Kim’s functional expertise includes formulating “organic” and “inorganic” growth strategies (including making build versus buy decisions, conducting M&A analysis, target identification and operational due diligence and optimizing portfolio plans), performing financial analysis and modeling including scenario analysis, market entry operational strategy and planning, and end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle management advisory.
Kim is a graduate of Brown University (Providence, Rhode Island) and of Harvard Law School (Cambridge, Massachusetts).
