Keith Fengler is an advisor to executives in the healthcare industry for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting group. Based in Boston, he is a principal with PwC U.S. Keith specializes in customer strategy and digital business.
Keith helps his clients adapt to the new consumer-directed healthcare environment, assisting them with customer strategy definition, value creation, new business models, and digital enablement through capability building.
Keith is a respected thought leader and recently led Strategy&’s proprietary research to evaluate consumer behavior and perceptions across a broad set of consumer healthcare issues including: consumer choice, engagement, experience, and digital adoption. The findings and perspectives developed from this research have been published and shared through multiple speaking engagements.
Keith joined Strategy& in 2012, prior to which he worked for Anderson Consulting, Deloitte, and Liberty Lane Partners.
He holds a BS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
