Working together with extended client teams, we performed a detailed diagnostic of cost and time-to-market drivers, and then defined a new process for product planning and new-product development.
This effort was supported by best-practice thinking in design reuse, requirements management, multi-functional team operation, and validation and testing.
Once implemented, the company cut its average time to market by more than 40 percent over 36 months.
