Cost transformation for a tier-one supplier

In light of the automotive market collapse in 2009, a tier one supplier faced severe financial pressures and was at risk of falling out of compliance with bank covenants.

Strategy& developed and implemented a strategy to address the deteriorating market conditions and remain in compliance with bank covenants. We set up and ran a change program, leading specific workstreams focused on in-plant improvements, customer relief, purchasing, working capital, and CapEx.
