2017 AUCA Finance and Business Career Fair for 2018 overseas graduates will be conducted on Dec. 19 in Shanghai, which is organized by Ohio State University. The committee wish to invite Vivian Leng, HRD of PwC SDC Shanghai (owned by US Advisory) to attend it as one of the Speakers in HR Panel Discussion in front of a few hundreds of overseas job seeking returnee and a few international college representatives as well as some industry guests.

There will be 4 speakers including Vivian joining the HR Panel Discussion and the key tasks for the speakers are as follows:

  1. Respond to the questions relevant to HR matters raised by the students (i.e. how do you evaluate overseas graduates...).
  2. Share industry (PwC SDC) development trends especially at talent needs acquisition.
  3. Share PwD SDC's strategy how to attract, recruit, motivate, develop, retain your overseas talents.
  4. Other HR topics you may want to share.
