Applying to Strategy&

How we hire

We aspire to seek and integrate a diverse range of perspectives, people and ideas into our workforce as we believe this is crucial to solving our clients' most important problems. We have designed our interviewing process to allow us to get to know each other and establish whether our team is the right fit for you.

We'll also ask optional questions about your cultural background and gender as part of the job application process. Your responses will be used for anonymised reporting, and will not be visible to recruiters during the recruitment process.

By answering these questions it will help us understand the diversity of our candidates and our workforce. This informs our diversity and inclusion strategies, policies and practices.
