We have designed our interviewing process to allow us to get to know each other and establish whether our team is the right fit for you.

We'll also ask optional questions about your cultural background and gender as part of the job application process. Your responses will be used for anonymised reporting, and will not be visible to recruiters during the recruitment process.

Scholarship

At Strategy&, we know we’ll only solve our clients’ most challenging strategic issues if our teams bring together their diverse experiences, approaches and ideas. This is one of the reasons why we focus on hiring people who share our passion in growing diversity and inclusion at our firm.

This year we’re excited to award three Scholarships to penultimate (second last) year undergraduates or postgraduate students in Australia.

As our work is diverse, we’re looking to engage with students from a wide range of academic disciplines, backgrounds and experiences. Successful applicants will not only receive a $20,000 Scholarship, but will also secure a 2018 Winter Internship to work with the Strategy& team. To continue our commitment, Scholars will be provided with continued support and guidance from a senior mentor.

What is the eligibility criteria?

Graduates:

We accept people from all degree backgrounds and life experiences. To be eligible for our graduate programs you’ll need to:

  • Be in your final year of study, or have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Possess full-time working rights in Australia. International students will need to submit either one of the following: IELTS, OET, TOEFL, iBT, PTE or CAE.   • You must be in your penultimate year to apply – that’s your second last year of study.

What do you look for in candidates?

A blend of talents and skills is required of successful Associate candidates, including:

When does the graduate program start?

You will commence your graduate position in March, the year after your offer. Start dates may vary depending on your personal availability or changing business needs.

When would I start the winter internship?

Our winter internship generally runs between June and July for a period of 4 weeks. Program dates may vary between locations and are confirmed closer to commencing.

I applied last year and wasn’t selected. Can I re-apply?

We welcome you to re-apply, if you are in your penultimate year of study.
