Loyalty Propositions: Maintaining Merchant and Consumer Value

Innovation in loyalty propositions continues to accelerate, reflecting the growth of mobile and social networking and the development of transactional and analytic capabilities. Competitive, regulatory and general economic challenges continue to reinforce the importance of loyalty offers.

We are delighted to host a roundtable discussion to explore the commercial and competitive impact of these trends, as well as the convergence of loyalty propositions across geographies and industries.
