Your career at Strategy&

Your career at Strategy&

We recruit the best and brightest from leading business schools, undergraduate institutions, and other degree programs, as well as directly from some of the world’s most prestigious corporations. Right from the start, you’ll build your ability to think strategically and develop a core “consulting tool-kit.” This includes a series of skills and methodologies that are critical to your success as a strategy consultant.

We offer our staff a clearly structured career path and rapid career progression.  Staff members typically spend an average of 2-3 years at each level (Associate, Sr. Associate, Principal) as they progress towards Partner.  And, our staffing philosophy helps people focus early in their careers so they can develop industry or functional expertise as quickly as possible, which further accelerates career progression.

You don’t have to fit into a pre-defined mold to succeed at Strategy& – there are lots of options to tailor your career journey.  For example, junior staff may apply for full MBA sponsorship to a global top 10 MBA program, all staff can take a sabbatical or other leave of absence to pursue an issue of personal interest, and we have flexibility programs that many of our new parents take advantage of to effectively balance the needs of work with the needs of a new family.
