Consultants are assigned to a senior and junior mentor on their first day at the firm. Mentors will help you navigate PwC's Strategy&’s culture, along with staffing and other professional development processes.
Our buddy program links new hires with experienced consultants to answer questions before start-dates and throughout first year.
Consultants are part of a close-knit community with regular office events, get togethers with peers and leadership team meetings.
A consultant at Strategy& starts with one week of intensive on boarding training together with other new-hires in an European city, this training is supplemented by a number of in-person and online learning and development opportunities. Throughout the year you will follow several trainings in European offices. In the Amsterdam office there are local trainings once every week covering subjects as cost reduction, negotiation skills and effective time management.
Regular 360° appraisals are conducted by an impartial third party using a feedback process involving interviews with seniors, juniors and peers who are familiar with your skill set.
