The Board of Directors of global management consulting firm Booz & Company has elected two new partners in the New York office. Ken Favaro has joined the firm as Senior Partner and David Levy has joined as Partner.
Favaro was previously CEO of Marakon Associates, where he had over 25 years of consulting experience working with many of the world’s leading companies on strategy, execution, growth, productivity, leadership, and organization. At Booz & Company, he will be responsible for enhancing the firm’s capabilities and reputation in shareholder value management, strategic management, and organic growth.
Favaro is the co-author of The Three Tensions (Jossey-Bass, 2007) and has been a contributor to Harvard Business Review. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
Levy was formerly with Monitor Group, most recently helping to lead the firm’s service offerings in the life sciences and consumer industries. He joins Booz & Company’s health practice, focusing on life-science clients in both North America and Europe. His expertise is in corporate, marketing, and brand strategy across the life sciences, health and consumer industries. Levy holds a B.Arch. from Kansas State University, a M.A. in science from Cornell University, and a D. Arch. From the University of Michigan.
