Mark Kibby is a leading practitioner in Digital Business and Technology (DBT) and Healthcare strategies for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting group. Based in Chicago, he is a principal with PwC U.S. He works on Program Value Realization (PVR), part of our Fit for Growth* offering — Strategy&’s proven way forward for companies to cut costs and grow stronger.

Our Fit for Growth-PVR offering helps clients plan, structure, execute, and course-correct large transformation initiatives while simultaneously ensuring the business case benefits do not erode.

Some of Mark’s recent client assignments include:

  • Multi-year transformational SG&A cost reduction program for a Health Care Payor designed to strengthen competitive market position. Sequenced program delivery aligned to business needs achieving 25% of the Program’s Planned Benefits in year one
  • Multi-year transformational SG&A cost reduction program for a Global Custodian Bank. Eestablished a program to create new process architecture with focus on standardization and optimization
  • For the largest integrated payor-provider organization in the U.S., conducted a risk assessment and provided strategic guidance on program execution, including a platform assessment evaluating alternate claims platform options, facilitated a decision process on the future platform strategy and developed the execution roadmap ultimately resulting in program mobilization and execution. Led the transition, mobilization, and currently providing leadership capacity and critical problem solving capacity of the new program based on the revised platform recommendation

Mark joined the firm in 2010 as a Principal. Prior to that, he worked for Andersen Consulting, Diamond Technology Partners, and Allstate.

He holds a BA in Spanish Literature and Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.

A passionate Michigan Wolverines fan and avid supporter of the university, Mark hosts a leadership retreat for the 25 top student athletes and student organization leaders at his home in Kenosha, Wisconsin every year.
