Jaya Pandrangi is an advisor to executives in the Consumer Products and Retail industries for Strategy&, PwC’s strategy consulting business. Based in the Cleveland office, she is a Principal with PwC US. Jaya is part of the Consumer, Media and Digital team and has over 10 years of consulting experience. She specializes in aligning organizations to drive growth.
Some examples of Jaya’s recent client engagements include: (a) Redesigning the organizational model of one of the largest global food manufacturers to leverage scale while creating accountable business units that own and drive their respective strategies. As a result of this reorganization, the company was transformed from a centralized, functional organization to a business-unit centric organization that struck the balance between leveraging the scale of the portfolio while retaining focus and agility. (b) For a large US retailer, realigning the organization to drive major cost reductions and reinvest in capabilities to drive growth. The effort resulted in $1bn cost reductions net of investments in several capabilities in category management, marketing, and innovation.
Prior to joining Strategy&, Jaya worked with a boutique engineering consulting firm.
Jaya earned her MBA from the University of Chicago, and has an MS in electrical engineering, from Virginia Tech.
