Hicham Fadel is a Partner with Strategy& and a member of the firm’s Communications, Media, and Technology practice. He has over 12 years of mobile telecom strategy and operations experience acquired through various projects in the Middle East.
Hicham specializes in strategic transformations for mobile and integrated operators, with a focus on commercial turnarounds, customer analytics, analytical marketing, customer experience, and operating models.
In addition to his client work, he co-authored the Strategy& report “Hitting the target: Analytical imperatives for telecom marketers in emerging markets.”
Hicham holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a master’s degree in fiber optics and photonics from Texas A&M University, and a BE in computer and communications engineering from the American University of Beirut.
