Bernadette has over 10 years consulting experience. She specializes in sales and marketing as well as mergers, acquisitions and post-merger integration work. The majority of her work to-date has been in the financial services sector. She also has over 10 years experience in senior sales and marketing roles including working in the consumer products industry for multinational corporations.
Bernadette’s most recent work has included strategic target assessments, due diligence and pre-merger planning programmes as well as developing and implementing multi-channel strategies and new business models.
Prior to joining Strategy&, Bernadette had 12 years experience in the consumer products industry. She has experience in managing sales and marketing teams within multinational consumer products companies. Her most recent position prior to joining Strategy& was as Asia/Pacific Regional Marketing Director for a US Multinational. She was also acting General Manager for a business unit within the same company.
Bernadette holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.
