Traci Entel is a New York-based Partner with Strategy&. She works with the Organization, Change, and Leadership and Health practices, and currently serves as the firm's Chief Human Resource Officer.

  • Created an integrated business-science-policy approach to influencing emerging healthcare issues for a leading pharmaceutical company
  • Developed customer experience strategy for a specialty pharmaceutical company to deliver value to key customers including physicians, patients and payers
  • Drove a technology strategy to guide annual investments for over 14 functions in pharmaceutical research, development and medical business units; identified opportunity to reduce operational spend through core systems and systems retirement strategy

Prior to joining Strategy&, Traci worked for Katzenbach Partners as Principal and Geography Lead. Traci holds an A.B. in economics and sociology from Dartmouth College. Traci currently sits on the Board of the Metropolitan Jewish Health System in New York. In her spare time, Traci's interests include golf, tennis, maps, photography, her daughter and dog, and exploring her hometown, New York City.
