We began by assessing the firm’s current technical, sales and delivery capabilities within its engineering and product-lifecycle management functions. Then we analyzed the potential opportunities for growth in each of the company’s target industries.

Finally, we developed a roadmap of specific action items the company needed to execute in both the short term and the long term.
