You don’t have to fit into a pre-defined mold to succeed at Strategy& – there are lots of options to tailor your career journey.  For example, junior staff may apply for full MBA sponsorship to a global top 10 MBA program, all staff can take a sabbatical or other leave of absence to pursue an issue of personal interest, and we have flexibility programs that many of our new parents take advantage of to effectively balance the needs of work with the needs of a new family.

Undergraduate / Advanced Degree Holders

New hires with undergraduate or advanced degrees join the firm as Consultants. They receive extensive training to develop the analytical and core business skills required to become powerful contributors to client projects.


PhDs typically enter the firm as Senior Consultants. They provide support in strategy development, identify and resolve complex issues by providing recommendations. Senior Consultants serve as an effective support resource to the project teams.


MBAs typically enter the firm as Associates. Associates work with clients through all stage of strategy-based projects to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operating success. Associates construct the analytical frameworks that result in strategic recommendations for our clients.
