Associates work with clients through all stages of strategy-based projects to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients’ strategic and operating success. Associates construct the analytical frameworks that result in strategic recommendations for our clients.
Summer Associates work with clients through all stages of strategy-based projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses regarding those issues, structuring & performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options within potential market scenarios, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed-upon strategy.
Undergraduate degree hires typically enter Strategy&’s business as Consultants. They receive extensive training to develop the analytical and core business skills required to become powerful contributors to client projects.
